The article considers the development of a model of the innovation process to support effective management of innovative enterprise in accordance with the strategic objectives and requirements of internal and external environment, the development of a conceptual model of the innovation process and its subsequent automation. In particular automation of interactions within the innovation process, based on the methods of support for distributed semi-structured processes is proposed. A main feature of such processes is the focus shift from a strictly deterministic flow of work to the purposes of the process and its performers - knowledge workers, united in a community of experts.
The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the discussion of developing of the innovation processes model by the innovation enterprises utilizing the integrating systems of strategic networks. In the paper was shown that development of the forms and methods of relationship between the innovation companies not only influences on the method of financing of the innovation companies, but to the whole innovation process. After researching the well known forms and methods of organization of the innovation processes and given of the features of doing of the technology business there will be offered the networking transformation which is lead to the new innovation system model 6G. This model describes opportunities for innovative SMEs to be involved further into the R&D activities and technology business affairs.
The paper presents key theoretical issues that allowed to research 80 most important organizational and marketing innovations in the XX century. This research may be seen as part of scientific works and advancements focused on specific features of creating and implementing innovations in organizations. However, apart from the research of most important managerial innovations conducted by G. Hamel and other scientists, authors of this paper focused their attention mostly on sources of innovation and determining conditions of their dissemination
The article considers the potential of using system-transdisciplinary tools in innovation management. The relevance of this research is determined by the fact that innovation management has no methods or techniques for estimating the temporal characteristics of innovation as a process. In addition, the scientific community has come to understand that the complex and multi-factorial systems used in research, which definitely include organizational systems, as well as disciplinary, inter- and multidisciplinary methods, have exploited almost all their potential. Consequently, further scientific advances objectively require new methods of exploring the mechanism of a company's development. Application of a multiplex transdisciplinary tool in planning enabled to develop an approach that can be used to determine the duration of different stages of the innovation process. This means not only efficient distribution of the company's resources over time, but also creating a justified roadmap for innovation. The retrospective analysis of implementing innovations in several enterprises, conducted by the authors, proved the validity of the proposed approach to planning the development of the company within the system-transdisciplinary methodology.
The tutorial summarizes modern concepts and approaches in the field innovation management and is designed to study training courses on management of the innovation process. This publication is based on materials lectures and seminars on the subjects of innovation management, management innovative enterprises and management of innovative projects that the author spent a number of years for students of the Higher School of Economics, as well as based on my own numerous publications in scientific journals and monographs. The material contributes to the formation of the listeners' competencies defined Federal State Educational Standard or Higher Education direction of training "Management". The study guide is intended for students of higher educational institutions, students in the direction of "Management", and can also be used leaders and specialists involved in managing the innovation process in organizations of various profiles.
Purpose – Companies are adopting new methods of analysis of business processes to maintain an adequate level of control and transparency. If the process is subject to constant changes and becomes too complicated, there is a need to move from a linear to its non-linear processing. Lack of process structure is a source of increasing entropy. The statistical methods of technological processes based on delayed performance management are not as useful, considering key performance indicators (KPIs) vary from one process instance to another, and their target values cannot be clearly defined. This means that the ‘thumbs-up’ cannot be applied to weakly-structured process, and requires a new approach to execute dynamic models considering non-linear factors. Design/methodology/approach – The implementation of the tasks was achieved by conducting field research, literature analysis and creating automated decisions based on the findings. Originality/value – The proposed solution for the management and improve the efficiency of knowledge intensive processes. To implement pre-hold processing texts presented algorithm, namely the description of the problem and all attached text document. This will extract the tacit knowledge (unstructured), hidden in the daily correspondence, informal communication. The email can be taken as the source. To do this consistently performed a morphological analysis and syntactic analysis of the text to bring the terms to the normal form. Based on this, we analyse the potential operational risks and the search for experts for the creation of the expert community. Thus, the process can be controlled by some internal/external experts of virtual teams (whose location is not important), that are essentially a community of practice. Coordination responsibility lies with the owner of the process. Practical implications – The paper described in detail the results of field research, as well as show the system architecture that supports semi-structured process management. The following tasks have been solved: 1) researched features of poorly structured process management in various companies and technological challenges faced by the company; 2) examined the hypothesis that the process risks can be identified and addressed through changes in the information field indicators process (unstructured information on the process); 3) implemented expert search service and prediction of potential operational risks. Using the developed system allows increasing the efficiency and transparency of processes and expert community.

The Working Paper examines the peculiarities of the Russian model of corporate governance and control in the banking sector. The study relies upon theoretical as well as applied research of corporate governance in Russian commercial banks featuring different forms of ownership. We focus on real interests of all stakeholders, namely bank and stock market regulators, bank owners, investors, top managers and other insiders. The Anglo-American concept of corporate governance, based on agency theory and implying outside investors’ control over banks through stock market, is found to bear limited relevance. We suggest some ways of overcoming the gap between formal institutions of governance and the real life.
At present many industries reveal tendency for setting up of vertically integrated companies (VIC) the structure of which unites all technological processes. This tendency proved its efficiency in oil industry where coordination of all successive stages of technological process, namely, oil prospecting and production -oil transportation - oil processing - oil chemistry - oil products and oil chemicals marketing, is necessary. The article considers specific features of introduction of "personnel management" module at enterprises of oil and gas industry.
