The present paper contains an analysis of functions that products and services fulfill in contemporary economy. We demonstrate that in addition to its traditional functions a product can be used as a source of information, a basis for service and a physical evidence for a service. We propose a classification of complimentary services based on their correspondence with elements of service marketing mix
The emergence on the Russian market of new forms of sales and services, like online-shopping, has formed a new sphere of communication - client/customer service to the actual and potential clients/customers by email. This area is actively developing in Russia for the last 10 years. On the basis of the analysis of the examples of e-mails, sent to the real people by the customer services of 115 different companies, the author formulates the main trends of the use of forms of address in this sphere.

In the book iterative process of system engineering of the business information resources management, based on use of system of models is considered. At an analysis stage of requirements the conceptual model of information resources of business in the form of ER-model is developed. In the given work the original notation of ER-diagrams based on use of figures of Microsoft Word 2013. At a design stage is offered the technological model of information resources of business in the form of relational model with use of CASE-means Microsoft Visio 2013. At a realization stage is developed the physical model of information resources of business in the form of a corporate database by use of DBMS Microsoft Access 2013. The Corporate database is created is located on the ASP.NET Web site which is developed with use of Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and technologies of Master-pages. HTML5-marking of a content, style and thematic registration of a site, Web site programming in language C # and uses of server elements of the Web site are considered.
The Working Paper examines the peculiarities of the Russian model of corporate governance and control in the banking sector. The study relies upon theoretical as well as applied research of corporate governance in Russian commercial banks featuring different forms of ownership. We focus on real interests of all stakeholders, namely bank and stock market regulators, bank owners, investors, top managers and other insiders. The Anglo-American concept of corporate governance, based on agency theory and implying outside investors’ control over banks through stock market, is found to bear limited relevance. We suggest some ways of overcoming the gap between formal institutions of governance and the real life.
At present many industries reveal tendency for setting up of vertically integrated companies (VIC) the structure of which unites all technological processes. This tendency proved its efficiency in oil industry where coordination of all successive stages of technological process, namely, oil prospecting and production -oil transportation - oil processing - oil chemistry - oil products and oil chemicals marketing, is necessary. The article considers specific features of introduction of "personnel management" module at enterprises of oil and gas industry.
