The article discusses special issues related to the optimization of the choice of a counterparty according to many criteria for horizontal cooperation problems that may arise in practice when analyzing models of transport provision of supplies. The structure and possibilities of formalizing tasks of this type are analyzed. It is shown that the approaches and methods for making multicriteria decisions developed in theory will make it possible in the format of such problems to really ensure the choice (as the best / optimal solution) of those analyzed alternatives that may be of interest to a decision-maker (DM) if they are Pareto optimal. In this case we recommend to take into account existing theoretical methods and mathematical tools that effectively allow manager to adapt the choice to the DM’s preferences. The illustrations are given using generalized selection criteria: scalar, geometric mean, ideal point and Hurwitz criterion for various positions of decision makers' preferences
The problem of management is formalized for the first time by purchases as a problem of a choice of the best decision at many criteria. Thus some of private criteria allow to consider demanded risk factors. Possibilities of the decision of problems of this kind on the basis of a method of a tree of decisions are illustrated.

In context of modern logistics (globalization, high customer expectations, high transportation costs), and changes regarding Russia’s plans to join WTO, this topic is highly relevant from a practical point of view. The purpose of this article is to provide single methodological approach to selection of companies for horizontal cooperation.
This work is focused on the cultural model of contemporary Russian Orthodoxy, its complexities and socio-cultural paradoxes. While analyzing the Church communicative culture it is shown specifics of the vertically hierarchical and horizontally network relations in the Church social milieu. Specifics of the principle of hierarchy, as the most important element of the Orthodox identity influencing almost all institutionally stipulated forms of the relations among Church actors are depicted. The questions of vocational guidance in the orthodox environment, culture of trust between authors in different levels strata and self-organization questions were also analysed.
Transport industry in economy had been studied for many years, however, only recently researchers have begun to widely apply concepts of cooperative game theory to optimize costs and profits which are incurred in hauling. Today a wide range of cost/profit allocation methods have become a trend in transport segment, particularly in logistics operations. The most of these methods based on cooperative game theory consider the effect of collaboration (cooperation) which means the integration of companies as a key way to share transportation costs or profits. This study aims to contribute to this area of research by exploring different allocation methods such as the Shapley value, the nucleolus and some other excess based solution concepts of transferable utility game (TU game). In this work we overview existing studies on the subject and consider methodology of cooperative game theory. Further, we calculate numerical example of three shipping companies based on real data. In order to compare profit sharing results we compute the set of allocations and examine the constructive and blocking power of coalitions. The importance and originality of the work are that it explores the new field of application of game theory in logistics which can provide additional insights in this research area
Analysis of problems of utilization of oil associated gas is given. Method for optimal distribution of expenses to laying of gas pi peline, taking into account a financing from oil companies and possible participation of government, is proposed. A multi-criteria model for selection of optimal alternative of utilization of oil associated gas is given. Software is made implementing the developed algorithms.
The report presents an approach to the filtration of alternatives when choosing a counterparty for horizontal cooperation based on multiple criteria. Filtration procedures precede the optimization procedures for multi-criteria decisions. The filtration is based on the theory of binary relations and preserves only alternatives-majorants in relation to a strict order according to a given criterion. Presented approach eliminates ineffective alternatives without significant quality degradation of the resulting choice. These procedures are implemented in a numerical example for the following generalized selection criteria: scalar; ideal point; geometric mean.

At present many industries reveal tendency for setting up of vertically integrated companies (VIC) the structure of which unites all technological processes. This tendency proved its efficiency in oil industry where coordination of all successive stages of technological process, namely, oil prospecting and production -oil transportation - oil processing - oil chemistry - oil products and oil chemicals marketing, is necessary. The article considers specific features of introduction of "personnel management" module at enterprises of oil and gas industry.
