Ресурсы работников малого и среднего бизнеса и их самочувствие на рынке труда

The main purpose of this study was to describe the employee of small and medium business as the subject of modern socio-labor relations from the point of view of its resource endowments. The theoretical basis of the research was a resource-based approach. On the data base of HSE Russian Monitoring of Economic Situation and Population Health (RLMS) were examined the main resources of the workers of small and medium enterprises. Through the views of employee’s fear of losing their jobs, confidence in finding a new one and willingness to find new job were analyzed preconditions of their behavior in the labor market depending on the resource profile. On the basis of empirical material have been distinguished average, normal values of owning a dedicated set of resources and the situation of employee as a subject of social and labor relations in the light of the levels of possession of particular resources. Low economic security of employees of small and medium business, with the consequence that the financial factor has a decisive importance in the behavior of this category of workers in the labor market. Were drawn conclusions about the importance of information and innovative and economic resources as well as resource the health worker to realize his independent position on the labor market and readiness to implement labor mobility
