Рукописная традиция «Семи Партид» короля Альфонсо Х Мудрого: рукописи Второй Партиды в библиотеке Эскориала
Author analyses the problem of the absence of the critical edition of Siete Partidas of King of Castile Alphonse X the Wise. He notes that no one of the precedent editions, including these of A. Diaz de Montalvo, Gr. Lopez and Royal Academy of History can not reach the level of the modern historical science. However, for creating the critical edition, it is necessary to investigate a manuscript tradition of the Partidas. In the first part of his work, the author makes a conclusion according to which the Partidas existed as separate texts and no as an integral text. The second part of the article is dedicated to the study of the eight manuscripts of the Second Partida from the library stock of the Escorial. The author describes three principal versions of the text of the Second Partida. A first one, presented in the manuscripts M-I-4, N-I-7, Y-II-14 coincides with the versio vulgata known from almost all the precedent editions. The second version (versio 2) transcribed in the manuscripts Y-II-3, Z-I-13, Z-I-14 and the third one (versio 2.1) fixed in the manuscripts Y-III-15 and Y-III-16 have some structural distinctions from the versio vulgata. They have only 30 titles instead of 31 and three laws less than versio vulgata. At the same time, all three versions have the unique prototype, evidently composed in the chancellery of Alphonse the Wise. Up to the “Ordinamiento de Alcala” of 1348 this text suffered multiple changes and, as a result, formed these three diverse versions.
