The problem of the educational environment is in a complex analyzed for the first time from interdisciplinary positions of interaction of reflexive psychology, reflexive pedagogics, refleakmeology in methodological, historical and scientific, theoretical, methodical, organizational and practical aspects. The concept «reflexive the developing educational environment» which makes - with system of other reflexive and scientific concepts - a theoretical basis of development of refletekhnologiya of studying and activization of intellectual and creative and personal and professional development of pupils and teachers as subjects of continuous education is methodologically entered. The typology of reflexive and educational environments for development of thinking and consciousness of the person is offered
