The modern economic environment is characterized by an unprecedented rate of technological change, which objectively justifies the need to transform approaches to organizational management. The digital economy is becoming a dominant paradigm, requiring companies to not simply implement individual software products but to fundamentally rethink business processes and management methodologies. In this context, project management is a tool for imple- menting strategic initiatives, enabling them to structure change, control resources, and achieve goals in a context of relative uncertainty. The relevance of researching the specifics of project management in the digital economy stems from the need to adapt traditional methods to new realities, where digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and the Internet of Things are becoming an integral part of the project lifecycle.
