УНИВЕРСАЛЬНЫЕ КОМПЕТЕНЦИИ СПЕЦИАЛИСТА ДЛЯ ПОСТРОЕНИЯ ПОЛИПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ КАРЬЕРЫ
The article presents an understanding of the specifics of professional activity in the digital economy, the priority subject of work in which is the analysis and processing of information, which requires specialists to possess competencies that are common (universal) for most professional fields. Accordingly, the content and technologies of professional training of a specialist who will have to work in conditions of intensive changes in professional functions, multitasking, expanding information flows, and a change of jobs are changing, which the authors denote by the concept of readiness for a multi-professional career. The article offers the author's clarification of the concept of "universal competencies for a multi-professional career", which include competencies in processing professionally significant information; information support of the "workplace"; network forms of activity; teamwork; communication activities, including foreign language; implementation of research and creative potential; interaction with artificial intelligence; manifestation of professional mobility, including horizontal and vertical growth. To substantiate the conditions for mastering universal competencies, the study used the methods of comparative analysis, modeling, generalization, and hypothetical forecasting, experimental work.
