Как применение искусственного интеллекта может повлиять на равноправие сторон и состязательность?
Арбитражный и гражданский процесс. 2023. № 6. С. 9-13.
Drozd D.
Artificial intelligence technologies keep expanding extremely fast. This paper continues the topic, raised by the author on the pages of this journal earlier, dedicated to the principle of the equality of parties and the adversarial principle in modern proceedings when artificial intelligence is used. The principles are analysed within two categories of artificial intelligence systems: technical assist systems; and systems which provide legally binding decisions. The author has revealed the examples of situations when the abovementioned principles may become violated. However, it is stated that in general the use of artificial intelligence itself will not violate these principles.
