Разработка и психометрический анализ шкалы толерантности к коррупции

The purpose of the current study was to examine the psychometric properties of the developed corruption tolerance scale. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey of experts was conducted to investigate the content validity of the results obtained. The reliability, structure, invariance ofthe scale and its correlation with the scales of ambivalent attitudes towards men were studied on a sample of 404 respondents(study No1). The criterion and divergent validity of the results werestudied on a separate sample of 100 economics and psy-chologystudents(study No2). The scale has shown acceptable psychometric propertiesandhigh discriminating ability. It was shown that to minimize measurement error it is better to use the full scale of tolerance to cor-ruption, although subscales can also be utilizedfor research purposes. Further directionson validation ofthe proposed scaleare discussed.
