The purpose of this work is testing the hypothesis about the normal distribution of Russian tourists along the psychographic spectrum "allocentrism - psychocentrism". Today, the majority of published works are descriptive. This publication has a practical focus. Moreover, this is an example of statistical methods usage on practice to study the tourism industry.
