Особенности регулирования труда лиц, работающих в районах Крайнего Севера, приравненных к ним местностях и иных местностях с особыми климатическими условиями
This chapter examines the problems of legal regulation of the work of employees working in the Far North, equivalent areas and other areas with special climatic conditions. The author describes in detail the system of sources of legal regulation of the work of this category of workers in historical retrospect, since a large number of normative legal acts of the USSR have been preserved among them, which exacerbates the problem of collisions between existing sources of law adopted in different epochs and under different historical circumstances and conditions. Special attention is paid to issues of remuneration, working hours, rest time, conclusion and termination of an employment contract with these employees, as well as guarantees and compensations provided to them.
