Der soziokulturelle Kontext der Konkurrenzfähigkeit junger Menschen in einer großen Region in Sibirien
The aim of the presented study is to analyze the internal and external socio-cultural context of the social competitiveness of young adults of a large region in Siberia, the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The external context of social competitiveness is the socio-cultural environment, the internal one consists of a set of value orientations and social ideas. Social competitiveness is considered as the ability of a social actor to achieve his goals in society in competition with other actors. It was found that the most competitive are those young people who consider their socio-cultural macro-environment (society in Russia) either pre-industrial or feudal, or capitalist or industrial society. Those young adults who are guided by market-economy values in their professional activities have a particularly high level of competitiveness, which is evidenced by their successful adaptation to the socio-economic conditions existing in the country. The socio-cultural context of the competitiveness of young people to the greatest extent corresponds to the current state of society in Russia. Many adult people in Russia, on the other hand, continue to live in the socio-cultural context of a bygone era.
