Современные GR-практики бизнес-образования: кейсы Москвы и Санкт-Петербурга

One of the main problems of Russian business is the shortage of qualified personnel, which only worsened in 2022. Professional development, business education are becoming a possible solution to increase the level of human capital of employees. This article will address the following issues: 1) how and who promotes the interests of business education; 2) what is the role of business schools; 3) how do Moscow and St. Petersburg support business education? Using the content analysis method, the key gr practices of Russian business education were analyzed for 3 periods: from 2019 to February 2020.; March 2020 – December 2021 and the whole of 2022. It was revealed that the main gr practice until 2022 was the practice of promoting interests through Russian and international conferences, in 2022 – legislative practice.
