2023 Seminar on Signal Processing

The IEEE Russia North West Section and Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University “LETI” (ETU “LETI”) are pleased to present the Proceedings of the Seminar on Signal Processing. The Seminar took place on November 22, 2023 in Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University “LETI”.
The event provided ample opportunities to present new scientific results, exchange experience and establish professional contacts to researchers in the field of signal processing (theory, algorithms, practical applications).
During the Seminar sessions participants discussed a wide range of issues and had come to the conclusion that it was a very useful event, and that such seminars should be organized in the future, too.
