Digital literacy and ICT competencies are not acquired spontaneously by a person of the digitalization era by the very fact of birth, life and activity in an ICT-rich environment. Young teachers are “digital natives,” but they do not always have information about existing subject-specific digital educational resources and information tools, and do not know how to integrate them organically into educational content and effectively use them in the educational process. Therefore, teacher training in online learning technologies should include three aspects: technological skills in working with ICT, content knowledge about various subject digital educational resources, methodological skills in using these technologies and resources in the process of subject teaching.
