Роль родительских стилей воспитания в поддержании и снижении саморегуляции подростков
The article presents an analysis of domestic and foreign sources devoted to the role of parental behavior in the development of self-regulation in adolescents. The role of fathers in the development of self-regulation in adolescents, the mutual influence of children and parents is studied. The characteristics of the types of parental control and data on the reduction of problematic behavior in adolescents in the presence of awareness and involvement on the part of parents are given. The consequences of negative parental practices for the formation of self-regulation and self-control in adolescents are considered. The role of parenting styles in the development of self-regulation in children is discussed, which demonstrates the heterogeneity of data and the ambiguity of the negative impact of authoritarian parenting. The urgency of the issue of the possibilities of supporting adolescent self-regulation by parents is emphasized, which received new confirmation during the pandemic and encourages further research in conditions of high social uncertainty.
