Being a continuation of the previous 11 volumes (12 books), the present work is devoted to the study of how the leading global players restructure the degraded system of international relations in accordance with their national interests and the interests of partners in integration projects and solve the problems of achieving technological, industrial and financial self-sufficiency, what political and legal tools and how effectively they use. Previous volumes covered the period 2004-2005, 2005-2008, 2008-2009, 2010-2011, 2011-2014, 2015-2016, 2017 and the first half of 2018, 2018 and n/a 2019, 2019 and n/a 2020, 20202 and n/a 2021, 2021 and n/a 2022. The book is intended for all those who are interested and professionally engaged in jurisprudence, European studies and Russian foreign policy.
