Parceria Estratégica Russo-Venezulea no novo marco conceitual e geopolítico pós-2022

В данной главе рассматривается эволюция российско-венесуэльских отношений после февраля 2022 года и последовавшей за этим переориентации внешней политики России. Автор утверждает, что двустороннее партнёрство не только сохранилось, но и было переосмыслено, приобретя новые политические, экономические и стратегические измерения. Анализ строится вокруг трёх основных осей. Во-первых, анализируются Концепция внешней политики России 2023 года и её точки сближения с внешнеполитическими целями Венесуэлы. Во-вторых, рассматриваются конкретные измерения партнёрства: экономическое сотрудничество, оборонное взаимодействие и энергетическая координация в рамках ОПЕК+. В-третьих, исследуется политическая координация, включая Соглашение о стратегическом партнёрстве, подписанное в ноябре 2025 года, которое создало новую правовую основу для сотрудничества в противодействии односторонним санкциям, перекрёстного взаимодействия между интеграционными блоками и взаимной поддержки на многосторонних площадках. Наконец, в главе анализируются последствия военной интервенции США в Венесуэлу (январь 2026 года) и захвата президента Николаса Мадуро.
