The collection of scientific articles presents the result of research and discussions by scientists and
leading experts in highlighting the institutional and resource opportunities for realizing
the intellectual potential of the able-bodied population in the context of the new paradigm
of sovereign economic development of Russia. The views on the ongoing
changes in the sphere of labor and the problems of effective use of the innovative potential
of modern Russian workers are presented. The authors offer their vision of possible solutions
facing the Russian economy and society. The collection is aimed at a wide range of
readers interested in studying the problems of the social and labor sphere of domestic
organizations.
