Социолог в межпрофессиональной коммуникации: предшествующий опыт в контексте новых вызовов
The analysis of the internal political and conceptual foundations of the creation
of industrial sociology in the 60-80s is proposed. The topic is relevant due to the need
to revise the institutional conditions and practices of social and labor relations
based on the principles of neo-Fordism and implemented in practical technologies
of "effective management". The scientific novelty of the article is an answer to the question of what
mechanisms, institutional conditions and subjects influenced the development of industrial
sociology, from the point of view of the basic conceptual attitudes of the exact and social sciences, with
on the one hand, and from the standpoint of practical requests – on the other hand, on the formation
of a thematic repertoire of sociological research in production and applied
methods.
It is noted that the innovative ideas of the founders of industrial sociology in
our country were the statements that the enterprise is a social system
that interacts with other systems of the enterprise and with the external environment. Accordingly,
the humanitarian task of combining the interests of workers and the efficiency of production
was formulated as socio-engineering and therefore required appropriate technologies,
which were created by the pioneers.
The object of research is scientific (articles) and communicative texts (materials
of memoirs, interviews, recordings of oral reports) of the founders of industrial
sociology.
