Access to safe, quality and effective health technologies is an essential element in ensuring the human right to health and achieving sustainable development goals. Regulation of healthcare technologies is a complex process, each stage of which is associated with the formation of systemic threats and challenges that have a significant impact on ensuring their availability. The concept of global health care management, which has been formed in the scientific literature in recent years, emphasizes the need for consistent interaction between WHO and other UN specialized agencies in the formation of sustainable international legal regulation of health technologies. Within the framework of the article, the author examines the main peculiarities of the FAO's activities in counteracting the problem of antibiotic resistance, the ILO in the formation of guarantees of social protection, UNESCO in the development of bioethical principles in the study of health technologies. The paper formulates proposals of a practical nature regarding the improvement of the activities and interaction of organizations.
