Transforming International Security in the 21st Century: Sanctions, Conflicts and Cooperation Imperatives.
The organizer is the Department of International and National Security of the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The conference was attended by political scientists, economists and historians from Austria, Armenia, Germany, Italy, Morocco, Poland, Russia, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, France, Sweden and Switzerland. Issues of interstate relations along the East-West line, international and national security, and prospects for the formation of a new world order were discussed.
