Векторы развития дошкольного образования в условиях современных вызовов: аналитический доклад
In the conditions of modern challenges, preschool education is gaining more and more freedom in choosing the content, methods and means of development of its pupils. To overcome the threats and consequences of coronavirus infection, three directions for the development of preschool education are proposed: the introduction of digital technologies in working with children, professional development of teachers, and the expansion of remote work practices. The emphasis on the development of the early childhood segment in preschool education is a strategic maneuver to activate educational and demographic processes in Russia. The report presents the priorities of state policy based on the analysis of the resource potential of educational organizations implementing preschool education programs and providing supervision and care for children. The effectiveness of project approaches to the development of the preschool education segment based on the solidary participation of the state, families and business is substantiated. The article examines the positive changes that have made it possible to ensure equal access to preschool education services, timely state support for large and low-income families. Special attention is paid to the developing potential of the educational environment and its impact on the participants of the educational process
