The textbook is devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of the implementation of projects in the form of public-private partnership. The theoretical foundations and institutional aspects of public-private partnership are considered, including the place and role of PPPs in the system of state regulation. The forms, mechanisms and models of public-private partnerships are analyzed. The ideas of social partnership are considered as the basis of PPP. The practical aspects of the implementation of projects in the form of PPP, including in the field of social entrepreneurship, are given. The textbook introduces readers to approaches to evaluating projects implemented in the form of PPP. The publication is intended for bachelors studying in the direction of "Economics", for undergraduates studying in different directions, for professors, as well as for all those interested in issues related to public-private partnership.
