Общественная польза как динамичная норма современной морали: социально-философская реконструкция
The article attempts to synthesize deontological (pure) morality and vital pragmatics, tradition and innovation (creativity) through the concept of public benefit, understood as the coherence of law, economics and axiology. Dynamic moral norm is understood as a moral norm (rule), supplementing or limiting its content by new conditions of public benefit. The increasing complexity of social relations in the information age and the individualization of many life practices require a critical revision and modernization of Kantian ethics, namely, overcoming the traditional conflict between morality and pragmatic prudence. A reliable way of overcoming this conflict could be the "public good" as an integrating concept that combines legal norms with personal and public interests, as well as the basic requirements of the categorical imperative. Public benefit is also seen as a way of overcoming excessive spirituality in the post-Soviet society.
