Трудовое право как элемент правовой основы системы безопасности России

The authors of this monograph do not set themselves the task of investigating the entire security system of Russia and limit themselves to studying only one element of this system – the sectoral regulatory framework of the security system of Russia. The purpose of this monograph is to study the sectoral regulatory and legal foundations of the Russian security system, to identify their features and related problems. The structure of the monograph is determined by the branch structure of the legal system. The work consists of chapters, the first of which is devoted to the history of the formation of the legal basis of the modern security system of Russia, and the subsequent chapters contain a description of the sectoral legal foundations of the security system of Russia.
