The textbook presents and systematizes modern academic and practical knowledge of public law of the Russian Federation, taking into account the 2020 amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The issues of genesis and specificity of public law, its institutions, issues of subject composition of public law, public law regimes, theoretical foundations of public power and management, the system of public power, public service, control and supervision, coercion in public law, peculiarities of public management in certain spheres, etc. are analyzed.

For undergraduate and graduate students, teachers of law schools, students of advanced training programs in areas of state and municipal administration, as well as managers and employees of law enforcement, control and supervisory state bodies, judges and prosecutors, practicing lawyers and all those interested in this subject.
