Анализ и диагностика инновационной культуры предприятия
The task of this paper consists in diagnostics algorithm forming and reviewing directions of personnel innovative culture development through innovative barriers overcoming. Methods of contrastive analysis, dynamic analysis, method of decomposition and fuzzy sets theory's tools form the methodological basis of research. As a result of practical research the paper considers author's classification of the personnel barriers to the innovation development in the company, the complex of their quantitative indicators and the elaborated dynamic approach to innovative culture diagnostics. The diagnostics is based on the analysis of speed and intensity of change in innovative development factors which provides a framework for constructing system of deviationorientated monitoring of innovative culture level and making timely adjustments.
