Как становятся олимпиадниками: продвигающая сила школы - ч. 2
In the second part of the study, through the focus of the All-Russian Olympiad of Schoolchildren, we make an attempt to identify the school promoting power: practices of secondary schools in support and encouraging students in the Olympiad movement. The respondents were 61 winners of the Olympiad in different disciplinaries. The main substantive result of the interviews was the diversity of support and encouragement practices, which may indicate that such practices are not normalized on the part of the school and that the role of the school in the Olympiad movement as a whole is not formalized. The data of this research are proposed for consideration as a reference point for further development of methodological recommendations for schools in the Olympiad movement, as well as for the centralization of training systems and supporting practices.
