The topic of the section prescribes to link three large and completely independent phenomena in this chapter: the principles of labor law (a universal or single list of which does not exist), the digital revolution (which can be understood as a very wide range of processes occurring, as can be easily demonstrated, for almost sixty years. ) and bioethics (the content of which is also not formalized). However, this task is not as difficult and not even as new as it might seem at first glance.

The question of ethics in the life sciences, which are extremely rich in moral dilemmas, can, of course, be explored from the standpoint of various directions of applied ethics. However, in this case, we will focus on principlism - firstly, following the topic of the section and, secondly, because of the leading role that he almost immediately took in bioethics and has traditionally occupied in jurisprudence.
