Consideration of federal revenues is an important task for the state as income allows to function to the federal budget. Level of receipt of federal revenues is one of indicators of efficiency of the budgetary policy of the state at the federal level. And the budgetary policy at the federal level exerts considerable impact on the current economic situation in the country. Throughout the short-term period methods and ways of formation of federal revenues did not change. At the moment there is a need for learning strengths and weaknesses in formation and use of federal revenues and the budgetary policy at the federal level. The federal budget is a guarantee of implementation of the obligations by the state in general.
