Emotionally-regulative characteristics as spontaneous and reactive aggressiveness, irritability, steadiness, shyness are analyzed in the article. These personality traits are examined as predictors of deficit of feeling of happiness among teenagers. Authors use data of global research, which was done among high school students from eight regions of Russia in 2016. Sample size was more than 7000 people, high school students. Boys are 42%, girls – 58%. Subject of our analysis are data of social questionnaire and multi-factor personal questionnaire FPI. Analysis of regression models presents, that emotionally-regulative characteristics, such as spontaneous aggressiveness, irritability and steadiness, are predictors of deficit of feeling of happiness. Aggressive and unstable teenager forms negative attitude to family values and he is less happy, than others are.
The article presents results of family values’ study among Russian teenagers. Also such emotionally-regulative characteristics as spontaneous and reactive aggressiveness, irritability, steadiness, shyness are analyzed. These personality traits are examined as predictors of rejection of family values among teenagers. Authors use data of global research, which was done among high school students from eight regions of Russia in 2016. Subject of our analysis are data of social questionnaire and multi-factor personal questionnaire FPI. Due to results of research, positive attitude to family values was diagnosed. Most of teenagers want to create a family, think, that family is basis of state and agree with necessary to prepare person for creation family, training family values. However, most of teenagers have positive attitude to civil marriage and permit childbirth out of marriage. So, we can see two different lines: preservation of family values from one side, and forming liberal position from another side. Analysis of regression models presents, that emotionally-regulative characteristics, such as spontaneous aggressiveness, irritability and steadiness, are predictors of rejection of family values. Aggressive and unstable teenager forms negative attitude to family values. Nevertheless, more irritable teenagers have more positive attitude to this values, than others do. Perhaps, youngsters would like to feel themselves more comfortable in their own future family, than with parents.
The author asserts that the modem Russian legal science is incapable to develop the concept of a criminal policy expected by a society. Modernization of the Russian criminal policy no more than consequences of the separate diffusive waves born by a western civilization.

This approach can be successfully applied by investigators and other participants in criminal proceedings with a view to streamlining and improving the effectiveness of evidence as well as in the further development of the code of criminal procedure of the Russian Federation
In the article the author considers the controversial issues with respect to the evidentiary value of the identification parade of people in situations, when an identifier did not report the signs or when the description is insufficient. In addition, the author analyzed a number of contradictions between psychological rules and requirements of the Criminal Procedure Code. The article contains a number of the criminal cases, which have been analyzed by the author, as well as the experimental psychology findings.
The article is devoted to clarifying the concept of the “shadow economy” as well as the characteristics of different methods to assess the development of this phenomenon. The authors describe the main stages and the specific of the formation of the shadow economy in Russia. Special attention is given to the factor of corruption, which is treated as a necessary element of the cause and effect of the shadow economy growths.
