Определение духовных способностей и их места в структуре общих способностей

The understanding of what is spirituality is presented in the article. On the basis of the examination of the Bible, namely, on the meaning of spiritual ideals of mankind and their investigation in the works of philosophers and researchers of different historical periods, the definition of spirituality is proposed. The relationship between spirituality and personality moral values is found out. Based on the author’s approach to cognitive abilities the place of spirituality is shown within the structure of general mental abilities. In this structure the spirituality is refered to the personality dimention and closely associated with motivation, personalized meaning and emotional states.
