While the government and the expert community are trying to hold "afloat" school education, which, of course, is
one of the main "victims" of the new coronavirus pandemic, the extracurricular education sector faces a number of challenges and problems and challenges that are more or less a consequence of the place and role of extracurricular education in the educational infrastructure and ecosystem.
This brief analytical note focuses on an overview of the international situation with the sector of programs that
they are outside the scope of the main curriculum, are optional and non-guaranteed, and therefore in one way or another left alone with the challenges of quarantine and harsh social distancing measures.
