The article represents phonosemantic analysis of Olga Sedakova's cycle of poems «Chetyr'e Vos'mistishiya» («Four octastichs»). As the main tool we used the unified software«Letter → Phoneme» based on V.S. Baevsky and I.V. Romanova' algorithms. Combination of hermeneutics with the accurate methods hereallows to trace the connection of the lyrical plot both of the verses taken separately and as a whole cycle to the poetic sounding. It also speaks about the sound character of the work with implications.
