Постиндустриальный цивилизационный транзит: институциональный аспект
Abstract. The paper is devoted to the study of an institutional aspect of postindustrial civilizational transit - the process of transition from an industrial civilization to a new stage of civilizational development. It demonstrates that the increasing dynamic of postindustrial transformations does not fit into the static model of civilizational development as a gradual transition to a new stage of social development. Postindustrial transit is a dynamic process of formation of the civilizational development corridor. The state's development trajectory is located in this corridor, if it is located within the bounded boundaries that form the flexible corridor cover. The author describes a system of such boundaries. It includes the value-legal, political-administrative, socio-economic and information-communication components. The trajectories of democratic states’ transit form a united stream in the corridor of postindustrial civilizational development. Different states move at different speeds within this steam depending on the quality of democracy and efficiency of state order implementation. Development pathways of various authoritarian states are outside this corridor because of their inconsistency with the value-legal and political-administrative components.
