S&T Priorities for BRICS Countries: In Search of a Win-Win Strategy
Most of the developed and developing nations, including BRICS countries, have been devoting considerable attention to S&T priority setting for quite a while now, since such priorities serve as a basis for their science, technology, and innovation (STI) policies (OECD in Priority setting for public research: challenges and opportunities.
