Правовое регулирование мероприятий по поддержке талантливых обучающихся в Российской Федерации

Identifying and support of talented students is one of priority of the education policy in the Russian Federation. Nowadays there are a lot legal act aimed at the organization of work and support for students who have shown outstanding outcomes. This article discusses so called direct measures to support talented students, for example, grants and other financial measures, and indirect measures: improving the professional skills of teachers, the formation of exemplary basic education programs of secondary education, the creation of information portals to support gifted children.
