Особенности медицинского обслуживания трудовых мигрантов в России: социально-правовой анализ

The authors consider the system of medical care of labor migrants in the Russian Federation. The study is based on the provisions of Russian migration legislation, as well as the data of the author of a sociological study conducted in the Nizhny Novgorod region; as well as statistical data on the current migration situation. In addition, this article identified the major trends in the field of medical tinning of labor migrants investigated in detail the state system and ensure the system of voluntary medical insurance for this population. The authors examine specific examples of medical services within the framework of voluntary insurance based on their value. In connection with the introduction of the patent system for labor migrants in 2010, the complex of medical services has undergone significant changes that have shaped the modern system.
