«Иннотермс» как инструмент преодоления трансляционного барьера, возникающего между участниками инновационного процесса

The article provides an overview of existing approaches to the definition of the basic concepts used in domestic practice, innovation and venture investment. The authors conducted a formal-logical analysis of these approaches, the advantages and disadvantages were identified. Authors present their own point of view, which has been objectified in a single document — the glossary of innovation activity «Innoterms». Ways for implementation of research results into practical activities of the innovation process participants were proposed.
