The monograph focuses on innovative activity as an indicator of economic progress in the XXI century. The book analyzes
especially innovative reforms in various stages of development of the economy in Russia, issues of innovative development of the regions, to determine the degree of state support of the Russian Federation in the sphere of stimulating innovations.
Separate chapters are devoted to the issues of taxation and the introduction of international financial reporting standards. The book is intended for the scientific community, senior executives in public administration professionals, as well as university professors, graduate students and undergraduate students.
