Encyclopedia "is a Revolutionary thought in Russia of XIX – beginning of XX century" – scientific reference publication, whose goal is to trace a modern research views the formation and the evolution of Russian social and political thought of revolutionary orientation in a chronological framework with 20-x – 40-ies of the XIX century and until the October revolution of 1917, the Structure of this publication includes papers on three main areas: the initial socio-political concepts and definitions that characterize the complex formation and the evolution of revolutionary thought in the Russian and global context; outstanding personalities, socially popular at his time revolutionary thinkers and doers; a periodical, served at different stages of the history of the country in expressing sentiment, the mouthpiece of the philosophical, ideological and political beliefs and principles within the boundaries of the different fields of revolutionary thought and revolutionary action. The publication completes five-volume series of encyclopedias, which was initiated by the release of the encyclopedia "the Social thought of Russia XVIII – early XX century" (M.: ROSSPEN, 2005).
