Due to modification and complication of the modern epistemological picture characteristics, the rationality study becomes insufficient from the viewpoint of epistemology and methodology. The article is devoted to the ontological and existential aspects of the non-classical rationality type formation, which are revealed in the analysis of the concepts of religious-existential philosophy representatives. It is shown that the existential philosophy contains a new look to the purposes, sources, methods and knowledge results - scientific knowledge is represented as creative process that exists within a pluralist methodology.
