The article describes the history of Wahhabi teaching in Saudi Arabia as the basics of many international terrorist organizations. The article also gives brief characteristics of the teaching main provisions, describes the relations between Russia and the Saudi Kingdom, illustrates the political situation in the Caucasus and indicates possible ways to solve the problems of the Islamic extremism.
