Об использовании цифровых финансовых активов и иностранных цифровых прав в качестве средства платежа по внешнеторговым договорам

The article discusses topical issues related to the specifics of making payments using digital financial assets and foreign digital rights as a means of payment under foreign trade agreements. Firstly, the author pays attention to the ways of making such calculations through atomic swaps with digital rights and foreign digital rights. Special attention is paid to the new role of the digital financial asset exchange operator, which will be able to take over the functionality to increase liquidity in the digital rights market by building “cross-chain bridges”. Secondly, the author examines numerous intermediary models in which an operator who allows foreign digital rights to be accessed in his information system can act as a nominal holder of an identifier address in an open network in which foreign digital rights are issued. Thirdly, the specifics of the legislation on currency regulation related to the settlement of foreign trade agreements with digital rights are considered.
