Партнерство и конкуренция предпринимателей и органов власти в Российской Федерации: конституционно-правовое регулирование
The monograph is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of such general social and interdisciplinary phenomena as partnership and competition, which are inevitably present in the relations between entrepreneurs and authorities. The origins of partnership and competition in the Russian Federation have been studied from a legal point of view. Partnership and competition are described using a common methodology: their legal features and content are considered in relation to related concepts, the constitutional and legal foundations of partnership and competition are defined, the problems of interaction between partners and competitors arising in law enforcement practice are highlighted, and options for improving current legislation are proposed. Answers are given to the questions of how the legal statuses of subjects are determined, depending on whether they occupy the positions of partners or competitors. The book can be useful to a wide range of specialists dealing with law, economics, history, politics, and management, as well as entrepreneurs, employees of state and municipal authorities, scientists and teachers, students, and all those who care about the development of legal regulation of partnership and competition in the Russian Federation.
