Many experts recognize the need to fundamentally improve the education system for students of secondary and higher educational institutions aimed at training future specialists. The article presents a technique for forming a feeling of satisfaction with the nature of motor activity. The results of the pedagogical experiment showed the need to form a feeling of satisfaction with training sessions, the manifestation of which indicates the maintenance of interest in regular training, improvement of sports results, as well as the formation of pedagogical skills of future specialists in physical education.
