The article analyzes the subjects and the subjective side of sports offenses. The subject of a sports offense is an individual or collective person who has a sports legal personality, recognizes the rules of the relevant sports adopted in accordance with the procedure established by law and has committed an act prohibited by a sports rule and entailing sports legal responsibility in the form of a sports sanction. Such subjects are recognized - citizens engaged in physical culture, athletes, coaches, judges, other specialists in the field of physical culture and sports. The author raises the issue of the delictworthiness of these subjects and comes to the conclusion that it is advisable to legislate provisions limiting the delictworthiness of athletes under the age of 18, with differentiation of sports delictworthiness depending on the age of a minor athlete. A specific subject of sports legal relations is a sports team.A sports team is not a legal entity, therefore, the question of its ability to have a sports delictworthiness and be responsible for violating sports rules is being investigated. The author comes to the conclusion that a sports team should be held responsible for violating the rules of the respective sports approved in accordance with the procedure established by law.
