The article is devoted to the actual problem of the introduction and testing of modern techniques in the special physical training of gymnasts. Method 52.9 consists of complex exercises, many of which are similar to gymnastic ones. They help to master complex balances performed on the hands and not only. The training takes place at a fast pace, therefore it can be classified as high-intensity interval training with strength and aerobic load.
